Event Description:
Ms. Sawyer contacted Ms. Davis by phone on 1/9/18 at approximately 10:13am to inquire as to Ms. Davis' withdrawal notice. Ms. Davis informed Ms. Sawyer that she has spoken with "the attorney" and no longer wished to pursue the hearing. Ms. Sawyer then informed that she needed something in writing to that affect and then emailed Ms. Davis so that Ms. Davis could capture the appeals clerk mailbox address and send a return email with her notice attached. Ms. Sawyer also copied Mr. Stocksdale on same.
