Add'l. Info: Maryland Insurance Commissioner Al Redmer, Jr. will conduct a public meeting to discuss issues related to the bail bonds industry. Immediately preceding this meeting, the Maryland Insurance Administration will provide an opportunity for bail bonds producers to obtain 1 hour of continuing education credit by attending an optional training session in the same location from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. The training session will focus on the requirements of Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 31.03.05. Pre-registration will be required cipate in the training. Agenda is as follows:
• 9 — 10 a.m “Understanding Bail Bonds Regulations — COMAR 31.03.05” (1 hour CE credit will be available to in-person, pre-registered attendees only) • 10:15 — 12 a.m. — Public Meeting Licensed bail bonds producers are invited to pre-register for the training session.
