Mortgage Late? Don't Wait! Foreclosure Prevention Workshop

Event Description:
This FREE Mortgage Late? Don't Wait! workshop hosted by Maryland (DHCD), will allow workshop attendees the opportunity to learn solutions to prevent foreclosure. Loan Servicers, Pro Bono Attorneys, and Housing Counselors will be on-site to work with homeowners.
Register on-line until December 8, after which on-site registration will be available.
Information will be available regarding the Principal Reduction Modification program, a program for seriously delinquent borrowers with loans owned or guaranteed by Freddie Mac who are underwater in their homes.
