Event Description:
Public hearing regarding lead in drinking water - public and non-public schools. The purpose of this action is to comply with HB 270 of the 2017 Legislative Session of the Maryland General Assembly by requiring public and non-public schools to test drinking water outlets for lead contamination and establishing an ongoing program to minimize the risk of exposure to lead in the school’s drinking water. |
