9:00 AM - 5:15 PM FSMA Training: Preventative Controls for Human Food Rule

The Maryland Department of Agriculture, University of Maryland (UMD) and University of Maryland Extension (UME) are offering a trainings for FSMA Preventive Controls Rule (covers processed foods).

This training meets the FDA Preventive Controls for Human Food Rule mandate for key personnel responsible for food safety becoming Preventive Controls Qualified – Certificate Obtained. Cost: $40.00
