A contract is nothing more than a description of a business relationship. Like all relationships, understanding and clear communications is vital for a successful contract relationship. In this seminar, we will discuss some of the most common areas of contract law that lead to the most questions. We will also discuss the value of clearly written contracts and why doing it yourself, while it will save you money on the front end, usually costs you much more on the back end.
