Event Description:
Homeownership Fair and Homebuyer Workshops. The homeownership fair will highlight mortgage programs and closing cost assistance available to first-time homebuyers in Maryland. The workshops will qualify towards the housing counseling certification needed to apply for DSELP, SELP and many other closing cost programs available.
