Event Description:
Buy, Rent, Renovate! We plan to attract new residents to Dundalk - potential buyers and renters - and present grant and loan programs to current residents to encourage energy upgrades and renovation projects that will improve housing stock and raise home values. We will offer 20 $5K homebuyer grants and a variety of home buyer programs to make their goals a reality.
