La Plata Business Association (LPBA) announces that it will host the 2nd annual Shop La Plata celebration on Small Business Saturday® - Nov. 28, 2015 in historic downtown La Plata, Maryland.  “This year’s event was so successful that we want everyone to save the date for an even bigger celebration next year,” says Keith Grasso, president of LPBA and owner of Island Music Company.
