This seminar explains the various types of federal contracts, including firm fixed price, cost plus, and time and materials. You will gain the understanding of the variances between the different types of contracts and how each can impact a contractor’s decision to bid the opportunity. Additionally, you will gain the knowledge of the various types of teaming agreements, including joint ventures. Learn the difference between a non-disclosure agreement and a teaming agreement. Also, discussion will include the reasons why a bidder would need to team with another company and how this gains an advantage for a small business to team!
