Event Description:
The Howard County Police Department is hosting the Maryland 2017 "Law Enforcement Torch Run" to benefit Special Olympics Maryland. Law Enforcement Officers and Special Olympics athletes across the county will run the Flame of Hope through a 6 mile run of Howard County and a 2.4 run/walk around Centennial Lake. Recruiters from the Maryland State Police will be on hand to discuss career opportunities with our department. Location: Centennial Park Address: 10000 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042
