Event Description:
The Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship is excited to share our new MD Tech Venture Accelerator program. Each classroom session is highly interactive - a combination of instruction, hands-on active learning and guided coaching specific to your firm. Participants are expected to complete assignments between class sessions and come prepared to engage. The program will help entrepreneurs realize a money-making model behind the technology.
As you progress through the course, you’ll work to:
Discover How Your Business Matches Your Personal Vision
Manage Business Functions and Develop an Organizational Culture
Evaluate Important Aspects of the Business to Reshape Current Operational Systems
Plan for Financial Success and Set Realistic Financial Goals
Identify Potential Sources of Funding and Work with Investors
Protect Your Business and Your Intellectual Property
Build, Compensate and Retain Your Team
This program was offered in two sessions. Our next session will take place at the following times (below). Please note, there will be a combined class on Tuesday, June 19th 9am- 12pm.
