Montgomery County's Office of Economic Development and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce are pleased to present an in-depth look at business contracting opportunities in federal construction, renovation services, building operations and maintenance, workplace/office supplies and IT services.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has recently received increased budget resources, which translates to contractor and building service needs, amounting to $3.1 billion in new construction projects, over $1 billion in annual tenant renovations and workplace improvements, and an additional $500 million in private contract support for the annual operations and maintenance of federal buildings in the Washington region.
