The Maryland Horse Industry Board (MHIB), a program within the Maryland Department of Agriculture, will meet Thursday, August 13, at 3 p.m. at Windy Way Horses, 6836 East New Market-Ellwood Road, Hurlock. The meeting will include current information and discussion concerning MHIB initiatives, updates from board representatives and reports from our stable inspectors.
