Event Description:
Homeowners receive FREE one-on-one brief legal advice about their mortgages at Foreclosure Solutions Workshops. Homeowners do not need to be in foreclosure to attend a workshop.
Homeowners should bring the following documents to the clinic:
All paperwork related to current and former mortgages, including loan application, settlement paperwork, lender statements, and any default notices received.
Information about the monthly household budget (income and expenses).
All foreclosure notices and threats received (if any).
