If you are considering your first business location, it is imperative that you learn what you need to do before you start looking for space. Commercial Real Estate expert Bob Canter will teach you what resources will help you search for a business location and what important questions to ask the landlord or agent. The answers might surprise you. He will teach you how to make an offer, how to understand lease clauses that will impact your bottom line, and how to minimize your personal exposure.

Safe Kids Montgomery County car seat events are for Montgomery County residents only, and appointments are necessary.  Non-Montgomery County residents may participate in Fitzgerald Auto Mall events, held monthly (March-December) in Rockville, with no appointment necessary.  

For all events, please pre-install your car seat(s) to the best of you ability, and bring your vehicle and car seat manuals with you to the event.  Thank you!
