Event Description:
This FREE Mortgage Late? Don't Wait! workshop hosted by Maryland (DHCD), will allow workshop attendees the opportunity to learn solutions to prevent foreclosure. Loan Servicers, Pro Bono Attorneys, and Housing Counselors will be on-site to work with homeowners.
Register on-line until September 22, after which on-site registration will be available.
The Principal Reduction Modification program is for seriously delinquent borrowers with loans owned or guaranteed by Freddie Mac who are underwater in their homes.
