The Maryland Department of the Environment gives notice of the following public hearing/comment period. The purpose of this action is to amend Chapters .01, .02, and .04, and repeal Chapter .03 of COMAR 26.09 – Maryland CO2 Budget Trading Program. Comments are due on January 6, 2026.
