Event Description:
Effective April 1, 2023, the 20-CP NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activity has been implemented, replacing the previous General Permit 14-GP.
This public training aims to offer a comprehensive overview of the conditions outlined in the 20-CP permit. We will delve into the application process, expected turnaround times, monitoring and inspections, as well as Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans in detail. This session will also focus on 'operator' eligibility and turbidity benchmark monitoring questions. |
