DPW Annual Public Meeting to Discuss Sanitary Sewer Consent Decree

Event Description:
Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) will hold its annual public meeting to provide an overview of the work covered by the Modified Sanitary Sewer Consent Decree (MCD), with a particular focus on the work completed in the last 12 months. The consent decree requires DPW to address overflows from the City’s sanitary sewer system.

The Annual Consent Decree Public Information Session will take place at 1800 Washington, Blvd., headquarters of the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), in Baltimore.
