Event Description: The 508 East Preston Street and 1322 Greenmount Avenue Property located at 508 East Preston Street,1322 Greenmount Avenue, and a portion of an unnamed alley in Baltimore, Maryland 21224 has been accepted into Maryland’s Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed Response Action Plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes remedies to address polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metals and petroleum hydrocarbons in soils and volatile organic compounds in soil gas at the property. This RAP is based upon future use of the property for restricted commercial purposes.
