A public hearing will be held on October 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM virtually on a new chapter, COMAR 26.11.44 -- Maryland Heating Fuel Provider Reporting Program, for new Regulations .01 - .06. The purpose of this action is to establish reporting requirements for heating fuel providers of the amount of heating fuel delivered for final sale or consumption in Maryland.
