Maryland is a top state in the country for women entrepreneurs. Every day, they are working to grow their businesses, create jobs, drive innovation, and increase America’s global competitiveness. Although they start businesses at more than twice the rate of men, there are a host of challenges that make survival and growth an uphill battle. At MWBC’s Annual Awards Luncheon, we celebrate women entrepreneurs who have persevered to achieve success, while thanking our sponsors and volunteers that help Maryland businesses continue to grow and prosper. |
