Public Hearing for proposed action to amend Code of Maryland Regulations 26.08.04.09 and .09-1. This action would amend the animal feeding operation (AFO) regulations regarding the requirements for a concentrated animal feeding operation applying for new or continuing coverage under a discharge permit for AFOs. |
