Event Description:
The property located at the physical address of 4110 Suit Road and 4107 Forestville Road in District Heights, Prince George’s County, Maryland has been accepted into Maryland’s Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed Response Action Plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. Groundwater impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds and soil impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons were identified within limited portions of the site.  The impacted media will be addressed primarily through excavation and offsite disposal as well as land use controls, including a groundwater use restriction.  This RAP is based upon future use of the property for commercial purposes.
