Doug Ward joined Personal Genome Diagnostics (PGDx) as Chief Executive Officer in 2016
with several decades of management experience in the diagnostics industry. The company,
founded by Johns Hopkins researchers who are pioneers in cancer genome sequencing,
has raised about $110 million and, in Ward’s 3-year tenure, tripled the size of its team and
quadrupled its square footage.

Join us for a Fireside Chat with Ward, facilitated by George Davis, Executive Vice President
of Strategic Advisory at Evergreen Advisors and former Chief Executive Officer of TEDCO, to
hear his perspectives on managing high-growth startups, the role of strategic corporate and
