Grounded in the County’s Climate Action Implementation Strategy Plan (CAISP), the Summit will spotlight current initiatives, showcase successful partnerships, and equip participants with tools and strategies to accelerate local climate action.

Please join us for a 30 minute webinar about MDEnviroScreen. MDEnviroScreen is a tool that uses 21 indicators to track the amount of pollution a community may be experiencing, and includes several features to identify those experiencing environmental justice concerns.

Get your hands dirty for clean water and a greener Baltimore! Join Blue Water Baltimore staff as we plant trees along the streets of a few Baltimore City neighborhoods. Volunteers new to planting trees and expert TreeKeepers alike are welcome to attend. Our tree planting projects are rain or shine, and we recommend closed-toed shoes and clothing that is appropriate for the weather and getting dirty. Hats, sunblock, and sunglasses are strongly encouraged. We ask volunteers to bring a reusable water bottle to reduce waste. We provide work gloves, hand tools, and snacks but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
