Car Seat Check Up/Installation Education ? BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! DHMH Parking Garage, 201 W. Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 Please Call 800-370-7328 by 2 p.m. on the Friday prior to the event to schedule your appointment and provide your vehicle license plate information to access the parking garage. Please pre-install the car seat(s) to the best of your ability and bring your vehicle and car seat owner's manuals with you. Car seat inspections take approximately 30 minutes per seat.
