Event Description:
This workshop is for small businesses that have little or no knowledge of the state procurement process. We'll focus on a basic overview of common procurement terminology, examine how the state contracting arena operates, and provide independent resources to help you determine if pursuing work in the public sector would be beneficial to your company.
Who should attend? Small business owners who want to gain a basic understanding of the state contracting arena.
This technical training workshop is offered by the Governor's Office of Minority Affairs for small businesses that want to do business with the State of Maryland. Seating is limited and advance registration is required.
There is no cost to attend. Ample free parking is available on-site. Photo ID is required to enter the building. |
