Event Description:
The Mid-Bay Project will restore over 2,100 acres of valuable remote island habitat near James & Barren Islands by beneficially using dredged materials from Maryland navigation channels. Project partners (including Baltimore District, the Maryland Environmental Service and the Port of Baltimore) will also be available to answer questions and provide updates on Barren Island construction and James Island design and permitting.
