Chesapeake Children's Museum offers crafts all day to help you celebrate the new year: enjoy crowns, party hats, noisemakers, and Chinese yo-yo's. Free with $5 admission, ages 1 and up. Perfect spot to view the Annapolis early Fireworks at 5:30pm.
