Online Public Information Meeting RE: 5151 Pooks Hill Road Property in Bethesda. The property has been accepted into Maryland's Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed response action plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes soil removal and confirmationsampling to address poly cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in sub-surface soil at the Site. This RAP is based upon future use of the property for residential purposes.
