The property located at 150 West Ostend Street in Baltimore, Maryland, has been accepted into the Maryland Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed
response action plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes to implement
engineering and institutional controls such as sub-slab depressurization and land use controls to mitigate potential impacts from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in soil vapor and eliminate potential exposure to certain metals and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in the soil.
This RAP is based upon future use of the property for restricted residential purposes. |
