Expert speakers will discuss the scale and impact of waste at different stages of meat and dairy production and disposal and how it affects human health, animal welfare, waterways, climate change and biodiversity. We will explore the limitations of commonly proposed solutions and how we can move forward to create a healthier, more sustainable food system.
