Event Description:
The Maryland Department of the Environment is convening a workgroup of interested stakeholders to review and provide comments on proposed regulatory changes for Coal Combustion Byproduct to be consistent with the new federal rule (effective October 19, 2015) prior to the Department initiating the formal promulgation process.
