The Maryland Commission on Civil Rights, the University of Maryland School of Law, the Network for Public Health Law, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, invite you to join us for a day-long symposium titled "A New Frontier: The Evolving Legal & Policy Landscape of Medical Cannabis in Maryland" on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 9:00am to 3:30pm.The symposium is focused on the evolving field of medical cannabis within the legal and policy landscape in Maryland. The day will kick off with a morning plenary from the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission, followed by several engaging panel discussions including:The Science of Medical CannabisThe Law & Policy LandscapeThe Future of Medical Cannabis EnforcementForum speakers will include representatives from the medical cannabis industry in Maryland, including registered providers and dispensaries, public policy and legislative experts, medical and health providers, as well as employment and civil rights attorneys.This event is free and open to the public.
