Celebrate the cultural heritage of Celtic peoples from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Brittany and their influence on Appalachia with a daylong festival by the bonnie banks of the Youghiogheny River. Youth 12-18 yrs - $5; Children 11 & under free.
