The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) gives notice of a public hearing and comment period concerning a State Implementation Plan (SIP) containing a redesignation request and maintenance plan for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for the Serious Cecil County, MD Nonattainment Area.
