Thriving Habitats and Wildlife aims to restore, enhance and protect vital ecosystems that support the region’s iconic species. This webinar will provide an overview of the key outcomes that will drive progress toward meeting this goal: Blue Crab Sustainability, Oysters, Fish Habitat, Fish Passage, Brook Trout, Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) and Wetlands. Participants will gain insight into the proposed revisions for each outcome, why these updates are being proposed and how they compliment and build off of their 2014 Watershed Agreement goals and what is new for the public to watch out for (oyster abundance!).
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM	Governor's Workgroup on Maryland Advanced Clean Cars II and Advanced Clean Trucks Programs The Governor's workgroup on Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC2) and Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) will hold its first monthly meeting. On April 4th, 2025, Governor Moore established the state agency and stakeholder workgroup via executive order. The workgroup is designed to develop recommendations for how the ACC II and ACT programs can be successfully implemented in Maryland. Meetings will be held monthly and include appointed representatives from the automotive, auto and truck dealer, NGO, state government, and other communities. Meetings are open to the public, and recordings will be made available.
