The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) gives notice of a public hearing and comment period concerning a State Implementation Plan (SIP) containing a redesignation request and maintenance plan for the Marginal Cecil County, MD Nonattainment Area for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
