Event Description:
Local governments are crucial partners in the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay watershed and now is a critical time to help shape the future of this work. The Chesapeake Bay Program Partnership is revising the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement, the document signed in 2014 to govern the restoration of the Bay watershed. The draft revised Watershed Agreement, updated with the best-available science and policy, charts the course to a restored Bay watershed for states, local governments, and federal agencies.
