Public Informational Meeting regarding Response Action Plan for Ox Fibre Apartments. The property located at 400 East Church St. in Frederick, Maryland has been accepted into Maryland's Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed response action plan (RAP) has be submitted to Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval to address the elevated levels of metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds and total petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and/or groundwater at the subject property.
