Event Description:
Dr. José Ramos-Horta ‘84 (Antioch University, MA in Peace Studies) is the current president of Timor-Leste. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1996 and returned to his home country in 1999, after 20 years of exile during the Indonesian military occupation. He previously served as Timor-Leste’s second president from 20072012.
