Event Description: NCCoE SPEAKER SERIES, featuring Chris Inglis, Former Deputy Director of the National Security Agency
The National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) Speaker Series showcases global thought leaders to highlight critical cybersecurity issues of national importance. The talks take place in Maryland in an informal and interactive environment and address cybersecurity in various industry sectors.
The Speaker Series is hosted by NCCoE, Maryland Department of Business & Economic Development, and Montgomery County in collaboration with the Tech Council of Maryland. Based in Rockville, MD, the NCCoE was founded in 2012 through a partnership among the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the State of Maryland and Montgomery County.
The NCCoE demonstrates how standards and best practices established by NIST and other organizations can be applied in the real world and serves as a collaboration hub where individuals from small businesses, market-leading companies, government agencies, and academia work together to address broad cybersecurity problems.
