In partnership with the Southern Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce, AAEDC is offering an educational luncheon on one of the hottest topics in businesses today, employee retention. What does it take to keep your employees around and motivated? Guest speaker Mark C. Milleker is president & CEO of LabyrinthIP, LLC, a human capital consulting and outsourcing firm, and principal at Deep Water Point where he provides consulting to companies performing work for the federal government. He will discuss ways to keep your employees happy and also address the challenges of working in a multi-generational workforce. $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
