Event Description:
The Network for Developing Conscious Communities has partnered with Coppin State University and West Baltimore academic institutions to bring together indigenous Baltimoreans, community development practitioners, financial institutions, public agencies, private sector businesses and academic institutions to explore ways on how to economically regenerate disinvested and under-resourced West Baltimore neighborhoods.
At the West Baltimore Conference on Community Development, participants will find out how these integral pathways to opportunity can create vibrant neighborhoods by developing new principle based community development practices as a means to building sustainable placed based community programs and projects.
