Showcase of Maryland/Israel Business

Event Description:
Partners in Innovation: A Showcase of Maryland/Israel Business, one of the Maryland/Israel Development Center’s most exciting annual programs. In its fourth year, the Showcase is a networking event and expo featuring the Israeli companies in Maryland, and Maryland and Israeli trade, business and high tech partnerships. 

Partners for the Showcase this year include the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development, the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Technology Council of Maryland and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington (JCRC).

The Maryland/Israel Development Center (MIDC) is a non-profit organization that promotes bilateral economic development to help create jobs in Israel and Maryland. Located in the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development in Baltimore and now also in the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development in Rockville, the MIDC is an energetic and vibrant hub of people and activities promoting Maryland/Israel trade, investment.

Ira Hoffman, Principal of Offit Kurman, Attorneys of Law and Ori Reiss, President of GlobalNet Services are co-chairing the Showcase as well as Co-Chairs of the MIDC Montgomery County Committee. 

Last year close to 30 companies participated in the Showcase featuring Israeli companies with offices in Maryland and Maryland companies trading or doing business with Israel. A listing of the participating companies will be posted on the website shortly.
