Event Description:
Like proper use of independent contractors, the proper classification of employees as hourly or salary will avoid consequences with the Department of Labor, the IRS and the State of Maryland. Massive changes are on the way starting December 1. This session will review the biggest change and the assessment that must be done to properly classify your workers going forward.
