Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc. presents this regional fair housing seminar for property management companies. BNI is Maryland’s 501 C-3 Fair Housing Agency.  This event is in partnership with the Baltimore Regional Fair Housing Group (Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, and Howard Counties), Baltimore Metropolitan Council and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.

This free training will educate property management company staff on their responsibilities with respect to housing in Maryland. This training is focused on rental housing.  

Please join us to learn about the Federal Fair Housing Act, State of Maryland Protected Classes, and local protected classes (in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford, and Howard Counties). The training will also cover who is protected by law, what kind of practices are prohibited, and rights afforded to people with disabilities. This training will also cover an overview on the Housing Choice Voucher program. All questions are welcome!
