PUBLIC NOTICE OF A RESPONSE ACTION PLAN AND PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING
11411 Red Run Boulevard Property

The property located at 11411 Red Run Boulevard, in Owings Mills, Maryland has been accepted into Maryland’s Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed response action plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval to remediate soil contamination on portions of the property. The proposed remedy for soil includes capping under the existing paved parking lot, and removal and disposal of targeted contaminated soil. An environmental covenant for the capped area and a groundwater use restriction clause will be added to the deed of the property.

This RAP is based upon future use of the property for commercial purposes.
The proposed RAP and the informational meeting presentation is posted on the MDE website at
https://mde.maryland.gov/programs/LAND/MarylandBrownfieldVCP/Pages/errp_factsheets.aspx under the site name in the Baltimore County list.
